Mobile Explorium

Last weekend we took the girls and Candi and Patrick to the Explorium in Mobile. We had lots of fun. That is definately our kind of place, you can pretty much touch everything!! This time they had the exhibit of the human body and it was really good. The first picture is of me and my awesome husband!!! He is sooooooo...sweet and funny.....he is my LOVE!!

Here is Patrick and the girls right before the show in the Imax started. That place is so neat. This Imax movie was about whtie water rafting in the Grand Canyon, unfortunatley, most of us were sea sick after the movie was over.

Mallorie is trying to keep her hair dry since it is raining. That look on her face is so funny.

I wish that were true...evidently this is what my girls do when they go to the restroom.....I tell ya..they get it all from their DAD!!

PRC State Dance Competition

It's bragging time!!! Every mom loves to brag, so here it goes!!! This saturday was the State Dance Competition in Jacskon. All the girls have spent alot of time practicing for this event. It was a LONG day, spent in a gym where they finally turned the air conditioner on during the last hour and hard wood bleachers!! Oh, sorry I am suppose to be bragging not complaining, (but just for the record it was HOT). The girls took first place with their hip hop dance and third for jazz and pom. Linzy recieved second place for her solo. She did such a beautiful job and we are all so very proud of her. This was her first solo and she was very nervous, but she never let it show. So heres a big woop woop for one of our little angels!! Of course her proud Dad is claiming that she gets her dancing skill from him, we all know better.

My Baby is growing up!!!

Look who is a legal driver!!! I took Mal Thursday for her driving test and she did great!!! She has been counting down for this day since last month. I know she is ready, but her Dad and I are not.......why do they grow up so quick? It will be a little while before we release her, we are going to try and take small steps first and allow a little freedom at a time. If any of you see her out, keep an eye on her for us. Remember, I am totally OK with with Ruth, Monica, Missy, Jill and Rhonda treating her like yours!!! Trust me I will return the favor, I dont mind ratting out your kids too!!

Mallorie's Bug!!

Mallorie has been blessed with a cute white BUG!!! She was extremely excited and in disbelief, since we play so many mean tricks on her. She was inside and Bert came running in to tell her to come check out this weird bug he found in our garden. Well she assumed he was talking about a regular old creepy crawly thing (which she is scared of by the way)She went outside to amuse her dad and look at a bug with him and found her car, which is a BUG!! It was soooooo funny! All the years of mean jokes to her finally paid off, because she was so shocked that we wasn't lying!!

She obviously wants the keys, however she hasn't even noticed that's it a standard, boy that was a surprise too considering she doesn't know how to drive one!!!

Here is the bug!! She has been driving it since Wednesday and she is doing really good!! She has got a little bit more practice to do with the shifting but she is doing great. She has been buzzing around town in it and so far so good. A little advice for yall out there, if yall get behind her while she is on an incline DON'T GET CLOSE, were working now on teaching her not to roll back. Its a work in progress!! Well all is well, God is Great and that will never change!

Christmas and New Years!!!

This Christmas and New Year was WONDERFUL!! We had so much fun with Family and friends!! Very Very thankful that God has blessed us so much, with so much love!! I took tons of pictures, but here are just a few of some snapshots!! The first one is my favorite!

Went and visited Bert's mom for the Christmas and guess what!!! He got in trouble!! It was great!! Well for me it was, I will have to mover her down here to keep him straight!
These two pictures are of Mallorie. Funny story. Bert gave her a set of car keys christmas morning so she ran outside to see her hot new ride.............. and found a Hot wheels car in the driveway. She should have known better!
