Linzy turns 13!!!!

My Baby is a teenager! 13 is a big Deal!! Especially when its your baby your talking about!! Linzy had a great party!! Lots of friends showed up to help us celebrate!

Another cool cake from Aunt Crystal. Linzy loves Justice League so we had to get a cake with our (notice I said Our) favorite heros!!
Why does my child insist on making these faces for pictures? It's almost like she doesnt want me to have a picture of her smiling!

Ok, this one is a lot better. Look how sweet she is! For everyone that knows her, this isnt her sweet smile. This is her "I am up to something" smile. Her and Emily both have one of these!

If I would have let her, she would have just licked the whole cake!! Yeah, sometimes we do stuff like that! But since their was alot of company she kept her manners.

Her is my sweet teenager with a real smile. She is such a sweet, smart and FUNNY girl. We love her so much and are very proud of who she is!!

Well, Linzy had lots of fun and the sleep over was great. We had a record breaking number of 14!! That is ALOT of girls!! Bert and I both survived! God is good and grants us patience when we need it the most! I pray that God will show Linzy her destiny that He has for her and that through her teenage years she will grow with God and closer to Him so that she can be the Young Women that He has made her to be. All of our girls are true 100% blessings.

This is just a classic for us. I wanted to make him a video this year, but time got away from me. O well, there's always his birthday!! What man doesn't like to see his family totally embarrass themselves for his enjoyment!!

Happy Anniversary To US!!!!!!!! Ten Blessed years today!! Thought I would take a trip down memory lane and see how we have changed!!!

This picture above is when we first got married. By looking at our hairstyle you would think it was in the 80's, but it wasnt. It was 1998!! This is a picture taking Easter Sunday. This is also back when we use to be "Christeasters" you know people that only go to church on Christmas and Easter! Boy, have we come along with Christ since then!!! Thank God!!!

Destin Vacation Day 4!!!!!

Day 4 has been a beautiful and busy day!!! Once again it is HOT and Sunny!! I took lots of pictures today and had lots of fun!!! This one is my favorite. You would never guess by looking at all the smiles below that I had to threaten each and everyone one of them so they would sit in the sand and smile!

I think Emily was coming up for air and I took the picture!! (hey check out that little pool behind Bert and mallorie. That is the kiddy pool that we mistaken for a Hot Tub. Trust me it looked a lot bigger the first night we was here!)

This was funny. Needed a camcorder instead of a camera. Mallorie came up to sit by Bert and fell through the chair and made it flip. Priceless!!

Well that pretty much wraps up day 4. We are chilling out in the room and eating some snacks. We will probably play tennis and give the resort some free entertainment. We gotta rest up cause tomorrow we are going to Big Kahunans!!!

Destin Vacation Day 3!

The third day is actually the first SUNNY, not a cloud in the sky day!!

and were all tourist so we all got Burnt!! Didnt really feel the burn since the wind was blowing, we all noticed our lobster red skin when we came inside. What is funny is that Linzy's back is the only thing burnt, she spent all her time in the water looking for crabs, so her back seen the sun all day. This is Bert burried in the sand, this was Emily and Linzy's doing.

Mattress surfing. I think this should be a sport! Its very hard especially since our mattress has a hole in it and constantly leaking air.
Notice mallorie, yeah she is still reading. this is pretty much what she does the whole time. some cute little boy stopped by and talked to her today and she never put the book down. it was funny.

Bert and I and all the girls wanted to go sit in the hot tub for a little while before going to bed on the first night we was here. So....we all walked down to the pool and seen the hot tub, but it had alot of people in it, there was another one in between the hot tub and the pool, it looked alot smaller though, but hey it was empty, so we all loaded up in it.. So there we all are sitting and wondering why the water is not hot, why there are no jets and why is everyone staring at us!!! Well thats when we figured out that we was all in the KIDDIE POOL!!!!! Now how funny its that!!! glad there were no cameras..I am still embarrassed!!!
